These terms and conditions (which may be amended at any time) apply to all direct or indirect services available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website (lacasagrandedezujaira.es) or any of our applications available through platforms (“the Websites”) and/or making a reservation, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below (including the section on privacy).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

La Casa Grande de Zujaira does not make reservations of less than 2 nights, except for special promotions or packages made by the establishment itself. La Casa Grande de Zujaira will always confirm the availability of the house by “e-mail” to all interested customers who request it, who will provide the establishment with the necessary data to be able to block the reservations during the requested period until 100% of the payment of the stay is made.

La Casa Grande de Zujaira will send, by e-mail, the accommodation budget, check-in and check-out dates, Contracting Conditions and Cancellation Policy, as well as any other information required by the client or by the establishment.

La Casa Grande de Zujaira undertakes to deliver the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, and to provide a solution, as far as possible, to any problems that may arise.

These data are duly protected by the Official Law of Protection of Personal Data.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

A) Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged via bank transfer. This deposit will confirm the reservation. The rest will be charged on arrival in cash or one week before arrival by bank transfer.

B) Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival: Same as A. The reservation is confirmed with 50% given. Deposit 200 euros in cash on arrival or by giving the credit card number and is returned within two days after check out once reviewed house and farm. If the proof of the transfer of the agreed amount is not received by e-mail within this period, the confirmation of availability will be automatically cancelled and the reservation request will be cancelled, leaving the house available for other interested clients. Your reservation will not be final until La Casa Grande de Zujaira has received 100% of the total price and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

The confirmation of the reservation, together with the proof of the transfer, will serve as a guarantee of the contracted services.

CANCELLATION POLICY (According to DECREE 18 /1998 of March 5, regulation and management of rural tourism accommodation establishments of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands).

Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: 25% of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation the same day of arrival or no show: no refund will be made.

In the cases in which a refund has to be made to the client, the refund will be made by bank transfer to an account number provided by the client via email to (lacasagrandedezujaira@gmail.com). La Casa Grande de Zujaira is not responsible for errors in the account provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly provide the information to make the return. In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made via email to (lacasagrandedezujaira@gmail.com).

Cancellations by phone are accepted.

DEPOSIT

The house will be delivered clean and in perfect habitable condition. An extra set of sheets and towels per occupant will be included. Upon arrival at La Casa Grande de Zujaira the client will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that damages caused by you or persons accompanying you will be deducted from your deposit. The deposit will be refunded in cash at check out, if the property is in the same condition in which it was delivered to the client. If there are damages caused by the client in the house, they will be deducted from the deposit and, in case the damages exceed the amount given as deposit, the client will have to pay the difference.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

Please be sure to inform us of your approximate time of arrival and any delays or changes in your approximate time of arrival, in order to plan your check-in. Your contact person at La Casa Grande de Zujaira will give you the key and provide you with all the information you need. The guesthouse will be available for check-in from 16:00 pm until 22:00 hours on weekends and weekdays. If you require to enter before or after the available check-in hours, you must communicate it by email (lacasagrandedezujaira@gmail.com) or by phone if possible (653278159) at least 3 days prior to arrival. The acceptance or not of your request will be communicated to the same email through which it was made.

DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT

Departures are from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. If you need to check out later, please let us know at the time of booking. Any check-out after 12 noon will be subject to the full price per night.

Late check-out is always subject to availability and acceptance by the owner.

Please give the set(s) of keys to your contact person at “La Casa Grande de Zujaira” and make sure you have all your luggage.

CLEANING

“La Casa Grande de Zujaira” will be delivered clean and in perfect condition. It is cleaned before the arrival of each client and will be cleaned every two days. If the client requires one or more additional cleanings, please contact the number indicated on the contact page.

CONDITIONS ABOUT CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Children of all ages can be accommodated. At no extra cost up to 2 children under 12 years of age can be accommodated free of charge using existing beds.

Children under 2 years old can stay for 15€ per night in cribs.

Children under 12 years old can stay for 15€ per night in extra beds.

All other children over that age or adults can stay for 25 EUR per night in extra beds. Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 4.

Extra beds and/or cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.

Extra charges are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

RULES OF THE CASA GRANDE DE ZUJAIRA

The occupants are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence. No parties or meetings may be held without authorization from the owners.

The house is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests. Visitors: up to 25 guests are allowed including guests.

For more guests, please contact the property. More people will be considered an event. Check rates with the property.

If the number of guests exceeds the accommodation capacity indicated in the guide, the owner may demand an economic compensation proportional to the price per person.

La Casa Grande de Zujaira would appreciate any suggestions you can offer to make your future stays more pleasant.
